Energy and Industry Project Manager (M/F/X) 80-100%
This position can be based at the Lausanne or Geneva office.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
Within the unit, you will take charge of the technical and financial management of projects in the field of energy performance and decarbonization. You will also contribute to the development of offered services and the acquisition of new mandates, in collaboration with group managers.
You will support both Swiss SMEs and international industrial groups in identifying and implementing energy optimization actions. Your work also extends to territories by establishing energy strategies at the neighborhood, municipality, or canton level, as well as implementing renewable solutions (thermal networks, CAD/FAD, biomass, solar, microgrids, etc.).
- Ensure the successful execution of assigned projects (quality, deadlines, profitability, risks, innovation, etc.)
- Collaborate with other team members to form effective project teams
- Participate in project reviews and provide regular reporting to the group manager
- Represent the team in the industrial and energy market
- Contribute to prospecting and developing the project portfolio
- Be proactive in developing innovative solutions that meet client needs
- Participate in the preparation of commercial offers and the drafting of technical proposals
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong technical expertise and good understanding of client issues
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory context
- PEIK accreditation, Large Consumer (ACT, AENEC) or PINCH is a plus
- Fluent in French; German or English are assets
