In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units in the Healthcare section as a Property Manager.
Your main tasks:
- Management of the area, personnel leadership and promotion of a small team
- Conducting process and quality controls according to specifications as well as compliance with the hygiene concept
- Ensuring a high-quality service
- Information exchange with the customer
- Optimization of all services
- Organization and implementation of training
- Assistance in daily business
Your profile:
- Completed training as a specialist, domestic management EFZ, building cleaning EFZ or equivalent training in a similar field
- Professional experience in a comparable position including leadership experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of machine and cleaning agent use as well as hygiene standards
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good communication skills in German, additional languages are an advantage
- Quick comprehension, high flexibility, negotiation skills and solution-oriented personality
