Your area of responsibility:
You lead and develop your team in line with Holcim values
You plan and are responsible for preventive maintenance – from measurements and analyses through online condition monitoring to optimized revision strategies
With your passion for digitalization, you drive the further development of our processes and systems to make predictive maintenance a reality
You lead the RCM process, map this in SAP-PM, and thus ensure that all departments contribute their share to preventive maintenance
Together with internal departments and external partners, you continuously increase the availability and efficiency of our plants and processes
Your profile:
You have completed a basic technical education, supplemented by higher technical training (TS, master craftsman, specialist certificate, etc.)
You have several years of professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants in a comparable environment, ideally in heavy industry
You like to take responsibility, lead your team with organizational talent, and convince with your independent and reliable way of working.
You have a broad technical understanding in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
You find it easy to use IT tools purposefully and digitalization drives you to improvements
