What you will do
- Active participation and ensuring an optimal production process in à la carte and banquet service
- Support of the Executive Chef in the areas of personnel planning, quality assurance, forecasting, and process optimization
- Work at all stations of the cold and hot kitchen during all service periods
- Support with inventory and compliance with storage regulations
- Carrying out various cleaning tasks
- Assistance in organizing and implementing the kitchen concept
What you bring with you
- Enthusiasm for the hotel industry and a strong interest in the profession
- Fluent language skills in English (and German), additional languages are an advantage
- Open, engaging, and proactive personality
- Organizational talent as well as independent and orderly working style
- You are currently studying at a recognized hotel management school
