You want to actively shape the future of IT, Operations & Real Estate at Zürcher Kantonalbank and effectively drive change processes. In this role, you work in a progressive environment with high visibility directly alongside the Chief of Staff and significantly influence strategic initiatives of the business unit. Together with colleagues from IT, Operations and Real Estate, you help shape the bank of tomorrow – right in the heart of Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting central change and transformation projects in the IT, Operations & Real Estate business unit
- Supporting the Chief of Staff and the head of the business unit in complex strategic issues and taking on the leadership of selected projects
- Providing leadership support in strategy, communication and organisational matters, identifying optimisation potential and driving implementation through to completion
- Preparing decision-making bases for management and creating persuasive documents for committees
- Representing the business unit and its areas in project and steering committees as well as ensuring the interests of IT, Operations & Real Estate
Your Profile
- Completed studies at university of applied sciences or university level, ideally in business or engineering sciences
- Proven background in strategy or IT consulting
- 3-5 years of project and project management experience in banking
- In-depth knowledge of IT, Operations and/or Real Estate is a plus
- You score with the ability to bring complex projects to a structured conclusion, think strategically, networked and innovatively, and create convincing management presentations (especially in PowerPoint) for the business unit’s leadership team and executive management
- Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1)
