Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
5 63,297.-- / 99,178.--
Tasks:
- monitoring the condition of technical infrastructures, tracking, analysing and resolving identified technical issues
- responsible for managing and keeping the ticketing system up to date
- first-level support to users in the traffic control centre and point of contact for external operators
- assessment and implementation of necessary compensatory measures in case of technical anomalies
- operator of operational and safety systems in case of events as directed by the responsible supervisors
- technical-administrative management of access to infrastructures (technical rooms and IT network)
- regular maintenance and system update activities
- system management activities, such as data backup and processing of video surveillance images
- night and shift work outside office hours
- on-call duty service if necessary
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (FCC) as an IT specialist
- excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
- technical knowledge of hardware and IT systems
- good knowledge of SCADA-based software applications
- experience in IT security (access management, antivirus systems)
- experience in managing systems with Active Directory
- experience in managing automation systems and plants
- knowledge of road management and tunnel system installations
- ability to work independently, including in emergencies
- good organisational skills and flexibility at work
- initiative and strong team-working skills
- good knowledge (speaking and writing) of Italian and conversational knowledge of German and English
- category B driving licence
- excellent knowledge of the cantonal territory and its institutions
