What to expect

• You are the first point of contact for your clients in all insurance matters and offer them tailored solutions.
• You actively acquire new clients.
• You expand existing relationships with your clients and take care of them in your regional area.
• You advise both private individuals in the pension and property sectors as well as small businesses on flexible insurance solutions.
• You advise your clients personally or digitally using modern tools.

What you bring

• You have several years of professional experience as a certified insurance intermediary (VBV).
• You have a successful track record in the pension and property sectors.
• You are open to our comprehensive advisory approach and the use of digital tools.
• You have high self-motivation, perseverance, and empathy, with which you proactively recognize customer needs.
• You work independently and responsibly and are also a team player.
• You also handle administrative tasks skillfully.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have a strong personal network in the region.
• Insurance-specific further training is an advantage.
• You hold a driving license (category B).
