It is looking for a Production Manager to lead process optimisation, methods and support teams on a daily basis.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage the daily organisation of production by continuously optimising flows, working methods and workstations, turning every operational challenge into an opportunity for measurable improvement
• You are the technical point of contact in the workshop, creating concrete solutions (tools, jigs, instructions) that simplify the daily work of teams and enhance their efficiency
• You pragmatically solve issues that slow down production by analysing machines, processes and equipment to provide quick and lasting solutions
• You analyse production cycles, identify areas for improvement and implement optimisation projects that directly impact profitability and team satisfaction
• You support, advise and motivate teams as a technical referent, creating a collaborative environment where everyone can improve and contribute to collective goals
• You manage the weekly and daily planning of the workshop, coordinating resources, deadlines and priorities to ensure optimal production flow

You offer your new employer

• You have a solid technical education (ES technician, electronics technician, automation technician or equivalent training in the industrial field) providing a deep understanding of processes and technologies
• You bring proven experience in an industrial production environment, ideally enriched by projects in method optimisation
• You are familiar with common IT tools and production management software (ERP, MES or planning), complemented by ease with digital design and documentation tools
• You are a hands-on person, passionate about solving concrete problems, with the natural charisma to unite a team, communicative enthusiasm and the required methodological rigour
