About the job
The team «Plants Power Plants North Prättigau/Surselva» consists of 16 employees with various skills. It is responsible for inspections, maintenance, and repairs of production plants and substations in the Prättigau and Surselva region. The employees work at the Ilanz and Küblis locations.
This is what you do
- Structural maintenance of power plant facilities and substations in the Graubünden North area
- Management and implementation of maintenance projects from A to Z (budgeting, planning, tendering, execution, billing, post-calculation)
- Coordination between internal departments such as planning, plants, and operations
- Structural responsibility for assigned plants in the Prättigau to Surselva area
- Ensuring quality, schedule, and cost framework
- Conducting structural inspections (condition assessment)
This is what you bring
- Completed basic training in construction (e.g., draftsman or bricklayer with a federal certificate) with specialized further education
- Completed higher vocational training as a construction manager with a federal diploma, technician HF construction management, or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Experience in structural maintenance, especially in repair and renovation
- Experience in the environment of power plants or substations is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Assertive personality with good communication and negotiation skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good oral Italian skills
