- Hauswirtschaftliche Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung im Hort.
- Gestaltung eines fröhlichen Mittagstisches für die Kinder.
Skills
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern ist Voraussetzung; flexible Einsätze sind willkommen.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und hohe Sozialkompetenz.
- Humor und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Kindern.

About the job
The Rüti School is a modern, quality-conscious and innovative school with three school units for 1,400 pupils, who are taught and supported in 70 classes.
To support our new care group in GZ31 for 5th and 6th graders, we are looking for a reliable and open personality from 1 August 2026 as
Employee for Lunch Supervision approx. 18% (8.5 hours per week)
Your work will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Your work is complemented by half an hour of meeting time. If you enjoy working with school children at a lively lunch table and would like to help shape the lunch supervision, a dynamic workplace with a cheerful group of children in a multicultural environment awaits you.
Your main tasks
- Supervision of the children’s group during lunch according to the care concept of the Rüti School
- Domestic support for the after-school care group leader
Your skills
- Experience in after-school care or lunch supervision is an advantage
- Experience in working with children is required
- You are flexible and interested in providing additional substitute assignments
- Good German language skills
- Working with children is one of your central passions, combined with humour and empathy
- You have high social competence and a friendly, open and straightforward manner
- Residence near Rüti
