To strengthen our Ticino Regional Center in Mezzovico, we are looking for you.
Activities:
- Optimal customer support and related administrative management at the Ticino regional center
- General correspondence and administrative activities in collaboration with the director of the Ticino region
- Independent management of follow-up on items and offers, as well as complaint handling
- Telephone consulting for our customers in the Ticino region
- Order reception as well as related deadline checks and feasibility controls
- Creation and modification of maintenance contracts upon customer request or on behalf of the service technician, with related feasibility checks
- Mailing and further actions within the Ticino region
- Management and shipping of brochures and catalogs
- Maintenance and updating of master data in SAP
- Management for the venue of company events, fairs, logistics, IT support, and periodic maintenance of the venue building.

Required qualifications:
- Commercial training in a technical field
- Additional technical training as an advantage
- Communicative and stress-resistant personality
- Experience in using IT systems (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of the German language
