Senior Property Management Specialist Commercial – Regional Deployment (m/f/d)

Region Basel to Bern, 60-100%

Your responsibilities:

• As a "floater", you support our teams at various locations in the Basel to Bern area with demanding management tasks for commercial properties – temporarily, project-based, and always where your expertise is needed
• You work closely with the commercial management and accompany measures related to the regular and extraordinary maintenance of properties
• You are responsible for renting out vacant spaces – from property preparation to tenant search to contract signing
• You carry out condition assessments, prepare annual budgets, and ensure a smooth transition to the local management teams

That's why you succeed:

• You have the professional certificate in property management FA and bring at least 5 years of solid experience in the field of commercial real estate
• You enjoy temporary assignments and have a high willingness to travel in the region (commuting time = working time – We work smart!)
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented action, and a confident demeanor are among your strengths
• Linguistic flexibility is a plus: French or English are advantageous
• You have a pronounced service understanding, work in a structured manner, and remain calm and professional even in challenging situations
