What to expect

• 3 years of comprehensive training in the various kitchens of the Bürgenstock Resorts including completion with the federal certificate of competence EFZ
• Working with high-quality, seasonal foods from regional and international origins
• Learning dishes and preparing them from A to Z and presenting them to guests
• Implementation of hygiene concepts, proper dating and storage of food, as well as acceptance and inspection of fresh products
• Exciting development and career opportunities during and after training

• Likes order and hygiene and works independently and precisely

• Is flexible and willing to work irregular hours, evenings, and weekends
• Very good German and good English skills
