Your tasks
In a committed and experienced socio-educational team, you accompany, advise, and support performance-oriented young people in everyday dormitory life. You assist the youth on their path to independence in close cooperation with the socio-educational team and jointly organize their leisure time. Your activities include both socio-educational as well as administrative and organizational tasks. You work in shifts, including weekend and on-call duties.

Your profile
Ideally, you have a diploma from a higher technical school or university of applied sciences in social work, social pedagogy, or a related field, or you are currently undergoing corresponding training. Experience in socio-educational support of young people is required, as well as an interest in working with performance-oriented dancers. Team spirit, resilience, and appreciative communication – even in challenging situations – are essential to us. Since this is an hourly wage position, we expect high flexibility, especially regarding changing deployment times and short-term assignments. Additionally, openness to intercultural diversity as well as good German and English skills are required.
