A Social Worker at the branch on a 100% permanent contract

Your key responsibilities
You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.
You implement personalised action plans.
You support beneficiaries in social, professional and administrative integration.
You coordinate with internal and external partners.
You ensure to provide expertise and advice at the cantonal social desk to guarantee quality support.
Your profile
You hold a university bachelor’s degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.
You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
