You organize meetings, conduct correspondence, create minutes and memos, have telephone and direct contact with internal and external customers, read files and obtain information. You assist in accounting and can interpret a budget. In your daily work, you are supported by modern communication and information systems. 

Training in a large service office. You are active in a service office throughout the entire training period, but you change departments internally from time to time. With this model, you acquire in-depth knowledge about a service office.
