For the Spitex Special Service of the City of Winterthur, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality starting March 1 or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Personnel, professional and organizational leadership of a Spitex nursing team (team size approx. 14 employees) and the float pool
- Establishment, care and strategic further development of a float pool of various nursing professions
- Ensuring optimal utilization within service and deployment planning
- Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
- Enforcement of the instructions and concepts of the Spitex operations and the Department of Elderly and Care
- Participation in working groups or projects
Your Profile
- Advanced technical school or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Several years of professional experience in nursing
- Proven Spitex and leadership experience
- Ability to reflect, organizational skills and willingness to change
- Digital fitness and enjoyment of electronic administration (Perigon/interRAI HomeCare Switzerland)
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
