In Belp, we offer a home with integrated work for four people with autism in a small external community. They live in a house with a garden in small apartments.
To complement the on-call team, we are looking for an on-call sleeper from April 2026 for 3 to 5 nights per month each.
Task:
- You are present in the house during the night between 8:45 p.m. and 7:45 a.m. There is the possibility to sleep in the house. In case of sleep problems, the residents can contact you via intercom.
- In case of greater unrest, you inform a day staff member or the area management, who will provide support.
We offer:
- Serious training
- The nights are paid CHF 112.-/night
- Monthly paid team meetings to clarify questions and concerns
Requirements:
- A specific professional qualification is not required
- Experience in caring for, accompanying, or nursing people with disabilities or experience as a mother/father is highly desired
- Willingness for irregular shifts including weekends and holidays
