For our Customer Service Team in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a communicative and motivated personality.
Your main tasks include:
- Receiving and qualifying service orders by phone and email.
- Forwarding to the responsible field technician or helpdesk.
- Invoicing for services and consumables/spare parts.
- Processing, coordinating, and following up on all customer inquiries/orders/complaints and documenting them in Dynamics and Navision.
- Managing data in the Dynamics and Navision systems.
- Ensuring availability for customers across all channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Stepwise escalation in case of problems.
- Achieving set goals and maintaining quality standards.
Your profile:
- Training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, back office, or dispatching.
- Very good computer skills with MS Office, ERP system (Navision), and CRM (Dynamics).
- Strong team spirit, able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and take initiative to achieve set goals.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking.
- Independent and structured working style with analytical thinking to proactively solve problems.
- Native German speaker, good written and spoken English skills.
- Technical flair and understanding of printers/multifunction devices are an advantage.
