Your Tasks
- Individual and competent care and support of our patients according to our nursing philosophy
- In this role, you are additionally responsible for the training of learners and students in an interdisciplinary ward
- You convey theoretical and practical foundations, create appropriate learning situations, and accompany practical work with a focus on preparing for working life
- You conduct training discussions, document the training status, know the current training regulations, and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance
- You actively participate in our internal TT days with the HF/FH students
- You work in the Shared Governance Team in the department, participate monthly in the internal education forum, contribute your know-how, and instruct and advise learners and students as well as employees in nursing and organizational matters
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Ideally, professional experience in the acute care sector or in vocational education
- Certificate as a Trainer (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or the willingness to acquire it
- Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
