Your main tasks:
- You lead an on-site cleaning team, plan deployments, supervise employees, and support recruitment.
- You are the contact person for the customer and ensure that cleaning services are carried out professionally.
- You organize and optimize workflows, including planning, time tracking, quality assurance, and reporting.
- You work operationally, execute customer orders, prepare offers, orders, and invoice proposals.
Your profile:
- You have solid knowledge in the field of building cleaning.
- Ideally, you have leadership skills.
- You convince with your communication strength, customer orientation, and organizational talent.
- Good German spoken and written – additional languages are a plus.
