You can do this with us
- You will carry out standardized administrative tasks in various areas of the university hospital. Depending on the area, the tasks vary (e.g., secretariats, patient admissions).
- You are familiar with all administrative devices, write letters according to templates, record patient data, and can operate the necessary programs.
- Thanks to your helpful and customer-oriented attitude, you will often be in contact with patients and customers.
- You will answer phones and create telephone notes.
What you bring with you
- You have completed the mandatory school period with a good to very good degree (level A or E). Level A: grade 5 in the subjects of mathematics and German.
- You are interested in commercial work.
- You can complete tasks carefully and reliably, enjoy organizing, and are service-oriented.
- You can express yourself well in German, both orally and in writing.
- You enjoy interacting with people and like to work in a team.
