Senior Technician / Supervising Technician

Your area of responsibility

• Management and coordination of projects during the execution phase in the field of professional AV, network, and communication systems
• Technical leadership of an installation team on site as well as close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Organization, planning, and supervision of the construction site (schedules, resources, materials, quality, and safety)
• Responsibility for the proper assembly, installation, and commissioning of complex AV and communication systems
• Technical contact person for project management, customers, and other trades throughout the entire execution phase
• Ensuring smooth and timely project implementation including quality assurance
• Co-responsibility for final acceptance, handover, and instruction of systems to customers and users
• Analysis, localization, and resolution of complex malfunctions and technical challenges – on site or in the company’s own workshop
• Active support of project management through technical expertise, problem-solving, and continuous exchange

You bring with you

• Completed training as a multimedia electronics technician, electrician, electronics technician, polymechanic, or comparable technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a supervisory role, ideally in professional AV and communication technology
• Experience in leading installation teams as well as in organizing and coordinating construction sites
• Very good knowledge of assembly, installation, and commissioning techniques
• High technical understanding as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Service-oriented demeanor and strong customer focus
• Quick comprehension, great manual skills, and overview even in complex situations
• Safe and accident-free driving (Category B driving license mandatory)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment of team leadership, responsibility, and a transparent working atmosphere with strong team spirit
