As a Manager* in Digital Engineering R&D, you take responsibility for projects, lead teams, and set impulses for digital and sustainable product creation.

What to expect

• Shape the digital future of product creation together with our clients – from the initial idea to successful market launch.
• Develop R&D strategies and drive engineering excellence & transformation to prepare our clients for the digital future.
• Advise on Systems Engineering and MBSE and help shape tomorrow’s product development with model-based, AI-supported approaches.
• Develop digital twin solutions and modern PLM strategies to intelligently connect the physical and digital worlds.
• Unlock the full potential of AI and data analytics to design intelligent, data-driven products and services and lead our clients into the next technological era.
• Communicate and advise at eye level with management and C-level at the client, positioning yourself as a trusted sparring partner for strategic decisions.

What you bring

Passion for the digital transformation of organisations and processes, with a realistic outlook and holistic thinking about organisation, processes, tools & people, plus:

• Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years in management consulting, including at least two years in a comparable role in Switzerland.
• Solid know-how in R&D (e.g. Systems Engineering, PLM, Digital Twin)
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong results orientation, initiative, drive to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident interaction with management and C-level contacts at the client – from stakeholder management to convincing presentation of results and recommendations (English/German C1 - additional languages desirable).
• Excellent team skills, social competence, strong listening and communication abilities, and the desire to continuously develop yourself and others.
• An above-average master’s degree with a technical or business focus.
• Know-how in MBSE, AI applications or similar (if not yet: we offer in-house training!)
