Requirements

Completed vocational training in the field of gastronomy, several years of experience in very upscale gastronomy in a comparable front position. First-class knowledge of wines and spirits, courteous, guest-oriented and detail-loving host personality who is operationally involved daily and contributes by name to the excellent reputation of the establishment. Very good language skills in German, English, French or Italian are a must.
