You lead a skilled, motivated team and take ownership of SWISS’ financial planning, forecasting and reporting. With full command of P&L, cash flow and balance sheet, you provide clarity and direction – directly supporting top-level decisions.

• Drive strategic financial planning, forecasting and reporting integrated into Group systems
• Operate and develop financial models and data warehouses with accuracy and performance
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings with key internal partners
• Advance reporting tools towards a digital, mobile-ready future (e.g. digital boardroom)
• Refine product cost accounting (e.g. route, fleet, product profitability)
• Analyse financial drivers and trends, turning data into actionable insight
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of up to 8 in a modern leadership style

• University degree or higher vocational education with further qualifications in finance, business administration or similar
• Solid expertise in accounting and/or controlling is a strong asset
• Analytical strength and the ability to turn complexity into clear direction
• Self-starter who takes ownership from concept to delivery – and brings others along
• Skilled at motivating people, delegating effectively and setting a clear framework
• Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels
• Values clean, accurate data – even in ambiguity or pressure
• Works persistently in detail while keeping the bigger picture in view
• Fluent in English; good German communication skills
