- Responsibility for technical advancement within a central development team
- Participation in defining and implementing best practices and uniform quality standards
- Conducting code reviews and promoting modern development approaches such as Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Development of generic, scalable backend and frontend solutions
- Several years of professional experience (at least 7+ years) in C# /.NET development
- Experience in the financial sector is a great advantage
- Ability to think abstractly and implement technical concepts precisely
- High quality awareness and enjoyment of structured, independent work
- Sound knowledge of modern coding standards, patterns, and software architectures
- Experience with functional and asynchronous programming
- Team-oriented personality with clear communication and willingness to share knowledge
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)

Responsibilities
- Development of applications in C# within a modern Microsoft environment (including Visual Studio, JetBrains Rider, Avalonia, Blazor, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps)- Responsibility for technical advancement within a central development team
- Participation in defining and implementing best practices and uniform quality standards
- Conducting code reviews and promoting modern development approaches such as Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Development of generic, scalable backend and frontend solutions
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ application development and/or completed IT studies focusing on software development (FH, university, ETH)- Several years of professional experience (at least 7+ years) in C# /.NET development
- Experience in the financial sector is a great advantage
- Ability to think abstractly and implement technical concepts precisely
- High quality awareness and enjoyment of structured, independent work
- Sound knowledge of modern coding standards, patterns, and software architectures
