Do you keep an overview even in complex technical malfunctions and lead customers, technicians and partners purposefully to a solution? Then we are looking for you.
As a service coordinator, you are the central hub in our service operation. You take over technical service cases from the service desk, analyse the situation and coordinate all necessary steps until sustainable resolution. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with organisational talent, clear communication and a high standard of quality.
Service Coordinator ProAV 80 - 100% / Location by Arrangement
Your Tasks
- You analyse technical malfunctions in professional AV and multimedia systems and initiate appropriate measures
- You take responsibility for service cases and manage them until sustainable resolution
- You coordinate remote support, field support, manufacturers, suppliers and other involved parties
- You plan maintenance, repairs, replacement devices and the required resources
- You monitor agreed reaction, intervention and resolution times
- You ensure professional and transparent communication with our customers
- You maintain tickets, system documentation, service data, assets and monitoring systems
- You coordinate RMA cases and repair processing
- You provide situational support with technical surveys, system takeovers or on-site deployments
- You prepare KPI and SLA evaluations and support the further development of our service processes
Your Profile
- A completed technical basic education, for example in multimedia, event technology, electronics, electrical engineering or computer science
- Several years of experience in installing, operating or maintaining professional AV or multimedia systems
- Sound understanding of professional AV systems as well as signal technology, electronics, electrical engineering and IT
- Experience in structured fault analysis and handling of technical malfunctions
- Confident handling of ticketing, documentation, asset management and monitoring systems
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident manner towards customers and partners
- The ability to prioritise tasks clearly and to manage participants even without direct leadership responsibility
- Sense of responsibility and willingness to consistently accompany technical cases until completion
Experience in coordination, scheduling, project management or problem management is an advantage. Additional knowledge of French or Italian as well as further training in business administration, project management or service management complete your profile.
