Your new role
You accompany the employees of the Open Youth Work Center St.Gallen in the youth culture space flon, support the young people at events, and ensure the smooth operation of the venue.
The assignments take place exclusively on weekends as well as in the evenings and nights and are suitable as a side income during studies. Ideally, you bring experience in social work or educational activities and are preferably over 25 years old.

Your department
The Open Work with Youth department of the Children Youth Family service of the City of St.Gallen offers various leisure activities in the east, west, and center of the city. In the city center, the two venues talhof and flon provide places for youth culture in St.Gallen.
About 50 events take place annually in the youth culture space flon. The spectrum ranges from concerts and parties to theater performances, dance events, and exhibitions. The program is planned, organized, and carried out with the support of the Open Youth Work Center by a youth operations group. Additionally, various trainings take place during the week, and the flon studios offer free spaces for creative activities.
