For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible and empathetic care specialist with experience in caring for people with disabilities for a temporary assignment of 80-100%.
Responsibilities
- Accompanying and supporting 17 residents with cognitive and physical disabilities in two residential groups
- Individual care in the educational and nursing areas
- Active participation in creating a structured and varied daily and leisure program
- Collaboration in the internal day care center
- Promoting the independence and self-determination of the residents
- Resource-oriented work – each person is recognized in their uniqueness and abilities
- Close cooperation with a committed interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Completed training as FaBe (care specialization), FaGe or social pedagogical training
- Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments is an advantage
- Flexibility and openness to different shifts
- Physical and mental resilience
- Good PC user skills (MS Office), driver's license is an advantage
- Empathy, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude
- Enjoyment in quickly integrating into new teams and structures
