What is my role?

You will take full responsibility for recruiting for 2-3 months and bring fresh energy to the team:

• You independently manage the entire recruitment process - from A to Z

• You create appealing job advertisements and place them in the right locations

• You actively search: Active sourcing and direct approach are your thing

• You conduct interviews and make a well-founded pre-selection

• You work closely with the specialist departments and understand their needs

• You coordinate interviews and accompany the process until the contract is signed

What do I need to be successful?

You bring recruiting power and a hands-on mentality:

• Several years of experience in recruiting - this is a must

• You work independently, in a structured way, and get straight to the point

• Communication is your strength: You convince in conversation and have a confident manner

• Ideally, you are familiar with active sourcing and know how to find talent

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
