After many successful years, our long-standing team leader for psychiatry is retiring. Therefore, we are seeking an engaged leader with psychiatric expertise, foresight, and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility from 1 June 2027 or by arrangement.
Professional and personnel team leadership psychiatry (70–90 %) | Spitex
This role ideally combines leadership, expertise, and operational work. You lead your team with appreciation and clarity, support complex psychiatric situations, and remain close to our clients.
You take responsibility for people, processes, and quality – and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our psychiatry department.
Your main tasks include:
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of a small, well-established psychiatry team
- Ensuring professional, client-oriented, and high-quality psychiatric care
- Regular assignments with our clients in their home environment and support in complex psychiatric care situations
- Promotion and support of your employees in their professional and personal development
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the psychiatry department as well as involvement in projects and change processes
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, and internal and external specialists
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a certified psychiatric nurse HF/FH and authorisation for needs assessment according to Bepsy
- Leadership experience is an advantage or motivation to take the next step into a leadership role
- Ideally experience in outpatient psychiatry or the Spitex environment
- High professional and social competence and enjoyment in accompanying and supporting people
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Openness to change and enthusiasm for actively shaping developments
- Confident use of digital work tools and documentation systems
- Driving licence category B (no own vehicle required)
