To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately for a Sales Manager in a flexible, location-independent position
Your Responsibilities
You acquire new customers (20%) and focus mostly (80%) on maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
You are responsible for achieving sales targets and continuously increasing revenue
You work closely with our various site managers and managing directors
You prepare offers, partly in collaboration with the heads of the competence center, and successfully conduct contract negotiations
You monitor trends and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities
Your Qualifications
You have several years of experience in sales, ideally in the B2B environment and in the technical services sector
You have achieved proven success in sales and revenue growth
You possess excellent communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
You have comprehensive skills in customer acquisition and support
You have a good and successful professional network that offers cross-ING AG new business opportunities
You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1), both in written and oral communication. Additional languages are an advantage
You show a high willingness to travel within Switzerland to maintain direct contact with our customers on site
