Your Tasks
- Creation of specific project structure plans (WBS) with the project phases engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning
- Creation of schedules based on the respective project structure plans
- Definition of the baseline in the schedule
- Tracking of project progress (actual status) via defined progress criteria as well as performing target-actual comparisons
- Analysis of the critical path and elaboration of upcoming tasks
- Reporting to project management on deviations from the project schedule
- Supporting project management with countermeasures to maintain project objectives
Your Profile
- Technical training or degree (ideally in process engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture or civil engineering) with good knowledge in project management
- Professional experience in project scheduling / schedule control in a technical environment, ideally in investment projects in the life sciences industry or general plant engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, project management and scheduling tools (MS Project) and project management methods
- Experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous but not mandatory
- Good Excel skills
- Very good German skills, good English skills desirable
