Sales Back Office Clerk, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for handling customer enquiries from A to Z
• You are in daily contact with customers by telephone, in writing and in person, competently supporting and advising them
• You also take over order processing as well as coordination with production, logistics and field service
• Furthermore, you ensure timely delivery
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a commercial training as a businesswoman / businessman or have completed a commercial school
• In addition, you bring professional experience in sales back office, in the wood industry or the flooring industry
• You are also proficient in handling Office and ERP systems
