The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue, centrally located near Lucerne station, stands out with its unique decor and invites guests to relax comfortably. The on-site team also handles incoming take-away and delivery orders. Negishi spans two floors and a boulevard area, offering over 80 seats in total.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated
Team Leader Service (m/f) 80-100%

Your talents & experience:
You love working with guests and making their lives more colourful 🍹
You have a basic hospitality education or something comparable under your belt 🎓
Work experience? Of course, you have a few years behind you and bring skills 💼
Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, even better 🚀
Technology doesn’t scare you: you have PC skills and are familiar with digital tools 💻
