nurse as vocational trainer, 60-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You support, advise, promote and challenge trainees at all levels (HF, FAGE, AGS)
• You ensure a professional and motivating learning environment
• You also document your observations, organise the learning workshop and support the nursing team in practice
• Your shifts are in the early or late shift, which ends no later than 8 pm
• The workload can be chosen between 60% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse FH / HF (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRK is required)
• Ideally, you have obtained the SVEB practical trainer certificate or are willing to complete it (training is supported)
• Do you consider yourself pedagogically skilled, communicative, and methodically didactic?
