Brief & Concise

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver excellence in all areas
• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ or comparable three-year professional training in gastronomy
• Several years of experience as Demi Chef or Chef de Partie, ideally with experience in Japanese cuisine
• Leadership experience and organisational skills
• Strong innovative drive, expertise in sustainability, and modern kitchen trends
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contributing to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Overall responsibility for the station operations
• Planning, training, and leading Demi Chef and Commis MEGU
• Controlling goods receipt, storage, and implementation of all standards
• Continuous optimisation of the sustainable kitchen concept and guidance on reducing food waste
• Participation in menu development and quality improvement
