Your Main Tasks
- We are a department focused on Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Endocrinology. Among others, we care for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, metabolic disorders, as well as patients with liver cirrhosis who are waiting for a transplant.
- As a specialist nurse, you are the first point of contact for professional questions within the department team in daily work and empower employees in their professional development.
- You work closely as an interface person with the nursing experts and together you seek solutions to manage various patient situations.
- Do you love complex and challenging situations? Our hepatology patients often suffer from multiple symptoms - both physical and psychosocial. Targeted symptom management is just as important as good discharge management.
- You would be part of our Shared Governance Team (management team) of the department. Together we dedicate ourselves to the further development of the department, evaluate existing processes, and create new ways and solutions.
