Project & Contract Manager Infrastructure Facilities - m/f
Your area of responsibility
- You support our client in the further expansion of nationwide energy facilities
- Development and maintenance of contracts as well as technical annexes in close cooperation with the specialist and legal departments
- Development of cost models and cost keys for facilities including technical and operational aspects; coordination of content with contract partners
- Support with invoicing as well as internal and external billing
- Creation and preparation of project reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for correspondence with partners, authorities, and other interest groups
- Definition and assurance of document filing
- Monitoring project-specific milestones and compliance with contractual obligations
Your profile
- Completed studies as industrial engineer / electrical engineering or comparable education; further training in business administration or contract/asset management is an advantage
- Several years of project experience as well as pronounced negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of electrical energy facilities or comparable infrastructures
- Analytical thinking, ability to consolidate complex information and clear preparation for decision-makers
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP, PPM or Ariba is an advantage
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written form
- Your place of residence is in Switzerland
