About the job

Your tasks
With an as low-threshold access as possible for an administration as well as rapid support and advice, we ensure that the situation of our clients stabilises and that they are supported in their need for a financially independent life. Our main task is the correct subsistence security by checking, assessing, and establishing or enforcing the corresponding rules for social assistance entitlement. At the same time, we advise clients to help them improve their current situation. All this is done through conversations and a lot of administrative work. If longer-term financial support is expected, we pass the case management on to the social counselling team.
Your profile
We wish for a likeable social worker with a positive attitude and a strong identification with our methodological principles. We also seek someone with a quick grasp and an efficient, high-quality working style and good administrative skills. If you have a diploma from a school of social work, professional experience in social assistance, and experience in social insurance, you belong to our preferred candidates.
