Your area of responsibility
Together with your co-leader, you are responsible for the organization of the entire nursing care and report directly to the home management. Through committed work in nursing and care as well as in projects, you ensure the quality of care in the house. You ensure the correct implementation of the nursing philosophy and create the deployment planning. Together with your co-leader, you continuously work on process improvements and maintain close contact with the other departments.
Your profile
You have several years of experience in long-term care as well as proven leadership skills. You have a nursing education at HF level or equivalent. Together with your co-leader, you act as a professional and socially competent role model and are committed to the further development of nursing and care. You are proficient in the use of common IT programs and your German is stylistically secure.
