What you will accomplish with us
- You procure raw, auxiliary, and operating materials as well as technical items for the maintenance and projects of swisspor D-CH domestically and abroad.
- You obtain offers, quotations, and price clarifications and carefully review them.
- You check inventories in collaboration with department heads and initiate necessary orders.
- You handle transport and customs formalities and monitor deadlines as well as the delivery of ordered goods.
- You compare delivery documents with the order and order confirmation.
- You create and evaluate statistics and take on general administrative tasks.
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial basic education and bring technical flair – or you have a technical education with commercial further training.
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in purchasing.
- You work flexibly, independently, and motivated.
- You have very good MS Office skills.
- Your German is flawless and stylistically confident – both spoken and written.
- Because we purchase internationally, English skills are important. If you also speak Italian or French – even better!
- You are communicative and enjoy exchanging information.
