Your tasks in the office
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as internal distribution
• Electronic filing and document management
• Support with ordering (e.g., staff catering at events)
• Deputizing for supervisors in office matters
• Participation in project-related or administrative special tasks
Your tasks at the telephone switchboard / reception
• Receiving, forwarding, and documenting incoming calls to the respective departments
• Initial consultation and providing information for customers and clients
• Managing the insured register (initial entry, data maintenance, updating)
• Receiving and attending to visitors
Your strengths and experience
• Commercial or equivalent education
• Good command of German
• Good language skills in French and Italian
• High customer and service orientation
• Responsible and independent working style
• Authentic, empathetic personality with team orientation
