Franchise eCommerce Support Specialist (m/f/d)

In addition to our finance and IT services, this area also includes global marketing and sales management as well as human resources. • You support our franchise partners in building and operating their webshops.
• You ensure that all webshops are implemented in brand-compliant alignment with the Läderach brand identity.
• You accompany franchise partners in daily operations, tools, and processes.
• You provide content, product texts, images, and other assets.
• You support technical integrations between franchise platforms and our central eCommerce infrastructure.

• You have completed training or studies in business, computer science, digital business, or a comparable field.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital product management, or IT project management, ideally in an international franchise environment.
• You can translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are experienced in project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
