For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and organised individual as a Planning & AVOR Employee 100% at the Schlieren location (permanent position).

Your tasks

• Operational production planning: Coordination of manufacturing dates for our sterile and non-sterile products (solutions, capsules, ointments, etc.) taking into account capacities and delivery deadlines.

• Work preparation (AVOR): You ensure that the required materials, equipment and manufacturing documents are available at the right time for production.

• Master Data Management: You maintain and optimise GMP-critical master data (bills of materials, material masters) in SAP, thus ensuring data integrity.

• Interface management: Hub function between production, supply chain management and quality assurance.

• Process optimisation: Support in designing efficient planning processes in the current SAP environment (ERP 6).

Your profile

• Education & experience: Completed vocational training with practical experience in production planning.

• SAP expertise: Ideally, you have already gained SAP experience.

• GMP know-how: You understand the regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing and know that documentation quality is top priority. Additionally, you bring practical experience in the GMP environment.

• All-rounder mentality: Whether sterile eye drops or complex ointment mixtures – you keep an overview of different manufacturing processes.

• Communication skills: You can harmonise the needs of production with the requirements of supply chain management.
