What you can achieve
- You lead development projects in the field of High Protein - from the idea to the shelf - and work closely with marketing, purchasing, QM, laboratory, production.
- You plan and analyze experiments in the laboratory, pilot, and production scale.
- You optimize processes and recipes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- You communicate with internal and external customers, provide well-founded recommendations, and specifically incorporate feedback into product development.
What you bring
- You have a university degree in food technology, process engineering, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in product development.
- Proteins are your specialty: you master their functionality and behavior comprehensively and confidently.
- You contribute your own ideas, think solution-oriented, and value exchange across team boundaries.
- You are characterized by a precise, structured, fast, and independent way of working.
- You have good German and English skills.
