Legal Assistant 50-60%

For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated legal assistant 50-60% from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- You manage the secretariat for a partner as well as other lawyers and support them in all administrative matters and in submissions to courts and authorities
- You prepare correspondence, legal documents, contracts and expert opinions based on templates in German and English and are responsible for invoicing and address management
- Your duties also include appointment and deadline control as well as the orderly filing of mandates
- You are in regular contact with clients and authorities and organise meetings and travel
Your qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic training or are currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences (law degree advantageous)
- You are proficient in common Microsoft Office programmes
- You communicate confidently in German and English (B2)
- You are proactive, flexible, helpful and think ahead
- Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
