Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing – Laser System
Tasks
- Set up, operate and maintain 2D/3D laser systems (3-/5-axis)
- Create laser and labelling programmes using FASTSUITE and TruTops
- Manufacture and inspect workpieces made from nickel and cobalt-based alloys
- Perform standard maintenance and quality controls
- Create setup documents and support continuous improvement processes
- Ensure orderliness and cleanliness
Requirements
- Technical training, e.g. polymechanic or CNC milling technician
- Experience in 3D programming and ideally laser processing
- Knowledge of Siemens, ABB, PowerMark and S94P
- Precise, resilient and team-oriented working style
- Very good German and basic English skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
