The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Senior Psychologist (m/f/d), 80-100%
For our outpatient clinic for trauma-related disorders in Baden, we are looking for a Senior Psychologist from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Team leadership of the outpatient psychotherapy team (approx. 5 people) and personnel supervisory function
- Professional leadership of psychotherapists in training
- Close cooperation with the site management for the strategic and operational orientation of the outpatient treatment offer at the site
- Deputising for the site management during absences and project-related collaboration
- Independent conduct of outpatient psychotherapies in cooperation with psychiatric specialists and assistant doctors
- Independent leadership and co-leadership of psychotherapeutic group therapies
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies
- Participation in team meetings, intervision, and supervision
Your profile
- Completed psychology degree or equivalent qualification and completed psychotherapy training
- Trauma expertise: completed trauma-specific training, experience working with patients with trauma-related disorders, and experience in implementing trauma confrontations
- Leadership skills: experience and training in leadership and clinical health management are advantageous
- Desire to contribute yourself and your own ideas to enrich the therapeutic concept of the site
- Openness, collegiality, responsibility, and motivation
- Strong identification with the mission statement and conceptual foundations of the therapeutic work of Klinik Im Hasel AG
- We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients
